I’m Wendy and I help people like you to break free from anxiety, stress and overwhelm, using a combined approach of CBT informed coaching and EFT. From general anxiety and stress, to specific triggers like exams or public speaking, or simply not feeling good enough, I combine cognitive behavioural coaching with EFT, to help you find calm, confidence and a renewed sense of self-belief.

Together, we can quieten the noise, ease the stress, and build lasting resilience.

About me

Hi, my name is Wendy. I’m a certified EFT practitioner and accredited Coach. I’ve helped many people just like you let go of anxiety and start living with peace and purpose.

My path to this work is a personal one. Like many of the clients I work with now, I grew up with anxiety. A fast-paced career—working for some of the UK’s biggest retailers and leading teams in both major brands and fast-growing start-ups kept me busy but ultimately left me juggling self-doubt, pressure, and a constant undercurrent of anxiety.

About 15 years ago, I started searching for something different. I tried all sorts of tools and therapies to quieten my mind and find some peace. Some helped a little—but nothing really stuck until I discovered tapping (EFT) and CBT based coaching. When I combined the tapping with powerful coaching techniques, something clicked. It changed everything.

That’s why I retrained in 2021 as an accredited Transformative Coach and EFT Practitioner. Because tapping helped me so much, I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself.

How I work

I work intuitively with my clients, at their own pace. My unique blend of EFT with insightful and powerful coaching questions helps to unravel the often hidden root causes of anxiety and stress, including memories and past events, that affect our current thinking and our future life.

Anxiety isn’t just in the mind—it lives in the body too. That’s why tapping + coaching can be such a powerful combination. Tapping helps to calm the mind, release the emotional charge, working with both our thoughts and our body, while coaching helps you integrate insights, make empowered choices, and grow in confidence over time.
