As a certified coach and advanced EFT practitioner, I have supported many clients to reduce anxiety, work through phobias, and find clarity in situations that once felt overwhelming or stuck.
I work in a structured, supportive way using evidence-based techniques, combining coaching frameworks with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), sometimes known as tapping.
How I Can Help
1. Phobias
Whether it’s flying, public speaking, driving, medical procedures, or a specific phobia that feels irrational but overwhelming, I work with you to gently reduce the emotional intensity at its root.
Using goal-focused EFT and coaching, we:
Calm the nervous system

Unhook the emotional charge from past experiences
Build confidence and resilience
Phobias are often faster to shift than people expect when we work with the body as well as the mind.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), sometimes known as tapping, is an evidence-based mind–body approach that combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with focused attention. It helps calm the body’s stress response, making it easier to think clearly and respond differently.
As the emotional intensity reduces, perspective begins to return. From that steadier place, we can start to create meaningful, lasting change.

In practice, this involves
1:1 sessions where we work together to:
Understand your patterns and triggers
Break the cycle by releasing the stories and emotions behind the triggers

Feel calmer, more grounded and confident
You will also learn EFT (tapping), a simple technique you can use between sessions to help calm your nervous system and reduce anxiety and stress.

About me
Hi, my name is Wendy. I’m a certified advanced level EFT practitioner and accredited Coach.
My path to this work is a personal one. Like many of the clients I work with now, I grew up with anxiety.
I went on to build a fast-paced career working for some of the UK’s biggest retailers, leading teams in both established brands and fast-growing start-ups. From the outside, things looked successful, but underneath I was often managing self-doubt, pressure, and a constant background sense of anxiety.
About 15 years ago, I began looking for something different. I explored a range of tools and therapeutic approaches to quiet my mind and feel more at ease. Some helped to a degree, but nothing created lasting change until I discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), alongside coaching approaches informed by CBT.
Something clicked when I combined these approaches. It helped me understand anxiety in a completely different way — not as something to push through, but as something that could be gently worked with and shifted.
That experience changed the direction of my life.
In 2021, I retrained as an accredited Transformative Coach and advanced-level EFT practitioner. Because this work made such a difference to me, I knew I wanted to share it with others who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by anxiety.
