Within a supportive and creative environment, I work with the inner world of beliefs, assumptions, values and expectations, taking my clients on a journey of insightful discovery.
Through a combination of deep listening, intuitive questions and other coaching frameworks, I will help you to discover the deeper patterns that are preventing you from the living the life you want. We will then identify new thoughts and actions and create a plan to help you make positive change. I will encourage you and keep you accountable for creating the long term results you wish to see.

1:1 Breakthrough Session
This is for you if you haven’t tried coaching and have a small one-off, specific issue you would like some help to get clarity on and create an action plan to move forward.
You will leave with the key issue identified and next steps to focus on.
90 mins session, held on zoom.
1:1 Coaching - block of 6
If you’d like help to begin to uncover the source of your stress or blocks. We will spend time understanding where you are in your life right now and where you’d like to be.
We will work on whatever you would like to let go of and to embrace in order to create the positive change you want.
Sessions are 60 mins and held on zoom.
1:1 Coaching - block of 10
To make deeper changes in your life, We work from the inside out, uncovering your values, drivers and barriers to success. We will unpack how limiting beliefs are showing up and how you can address those negative thought patterns, create clear goals and move forward with your life.
With EFT, we will go deeper into the issue and work on releasing old patterns to allow balance to return.
